This is one of the two most common spurge that can spread by exploding seed heads
The poisonous, milky latex, sap known as Devil's milk can cause skin burning and should be washed off as quickly as possible.
Flowers between June through to October.
The seeds capsule splits open in the sun, throwing the seeds some considerable distance from the parent plant.
The plants are very easy to pull up as they have shallow roots.
